เลข 1 เด่นที่สุด ไม่รู้มีคนดูออกมั้ย เพราะถูกใช้เป็นเชิงของทุกตัวอักษร
ชักอยากจะลองเลขไทยซะแล้วสิ นึกภาพไม่ออกเลย คงยากน่าดู

ช่วงนี้ถ้าลองเปิดทีวีดูข่าว ช่องไหนก็ได้ ตอนไหนก็ได้ ไม่ว่ายังไงก็จะต้องเห็นข่าวเกี่ยวกับแพนด้าน้อยอ้วนกลม เป็นการรายงานน้ำหนักตัวรายวัน หรือไม่ก็ติดตามพัฒนาการการได้ยิน อย่างน้อย 1 ข่าว ในทุกๆวัน

เมื่อเช้าเราเห็นข่าวเกี่ยวกับช้าง เป็นข่าวแรกในรอบสัปดาห์ มีช้างตัวหนึ่งที่ควาญพามาเดินขายอาหารตามถนน เกิดตกลงไปในท่อระบายน้ำเก่าที่ผุพังจนรับน้ำหนักไม่ไหว ต้องติดอยู่อย่างนั้นตั้ง 4 ชั่วโมงกว่าจะช่วยขึ้นมาได้ น่าสงสารมากๆ

การที่ช้างจะกลายเป็นข่าวออกทีวี ลงหนังสือพิมพ์แต่ละที เราจะเห็นแต่ข่าวอุบัติเหตุ ช่างตกท่อ โดนรถชน โดยไฟช็อต เมื่อเดือนก่อน เลยมีควาญช้างที่อยุธยาทาสีช้างให้มีลายเหมือนหมีแพนด้า เหมือนบอกเป็นนัยให้รู้ว่า คนไทยรักหมีแพนด้ามากเกินไปแล้ว

"รักพวกหนูแบบที่รักแพนด้าบ้างเถอะนะ"

Figure Typography

วันหนึ่งเกิดไปเจอโลโก้ Twitter ที่ใช้เลข 3 ตะแคงแทนตัว w เลยลองคิดเล่นๆ ดูว่าถ้าเราลองเอาเลข 0-9 มาประกอบกันเป็น A-Z มันจะเวิร์คมั้ยนะ ตอนนี้เริ่มจากตัวพิมพ์ใหญ่ก่อน ทำไปทำมาก็สังเกตเห็นว่า ตัวเลขฮินดูอารบิกกับตัวอักษรภาษาอังกฤษนี่ สัมพันธ์กันอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อคงคล้ายๆ กับที่เลข ๗ รูปร่างเหมือนไม้ตรีนั่นแหละเนอะ

'Mini reduces fuel consumption'

I did this work (at last 25 mins before the deadline) to compete in Mini Space Design Competition 5, since the 12 winners will get Apple aluminum 13-inch Mac Book 2.0Ghz! Actually, I didn't expect to win this competition, just trying to do the right brain aerobics :P




The theme is 'Minimalism', the communicative umbrella for all activities of the MINI Brand, which contribute to reducing CO2 emission and fuel consumption. So this is 2 versions of 'Mini reduces fuel consumption' illustration.

Old Stuff : Print Magazine

This is the stuff I did to compete in the Print Magazine's Student Cover Design Competition (2007). The theme for the competition was "Design Culture Youth", focus to the New Visual Artist issue which they feature 20 of the most promising new talents in design—all under 30.



The idea came from parcel post tags. My concept is "Brand New Visual Artists Delivery" and here is the idea working process..

Old Stuff : Termolendar

Calendar design in class during study Bachelor's degree (when I was a sophomore).


The first idea was the adjustable calendar which users can mark the date by themselves. Then I combined it with the character of thermometer.




Just slide the red piece (12 pieces for 12 months in the set) to set the date and you will know how many days are left in this month.

Diary Design for Reducing Global Warming

After 4 years of my effort, I finally graduate from the university! And this is the final project in design of my bachelor's degree..

"Greenhouse Effect Diary: Reduce to Build", book design project with digital collage technique illustrations.

As the global warming has been very serious problem, people are much more care about the environment. However, most media gave only the information about causes and effects of global warming so people did not know how to solve it. Besides, the hurried lifestyle in these days makes taking note become important. Therefore, I designed the book giving information about how to reduce global warming in diary format which had better reach people’s interest and will make them realize that the best solution is when we start to solve it from ourselves.

The Gift

This is my Independent Photography works, "The Gift", presenting that woman's beauty is liken to the gift that comes alive.

Four of these pictures will be exhibited at CMU Art Museum by March 6th-30th, 2009.

Monotint Rain

These are my b&w woodcut printmaking works. Inspired by rainy season and monsoon that comes every time one turns around in these days.
